Pricing and Booking

When you're happy to join us whether for a week or just a day, please click for all the information you'll need to make a booking.

Price

Xtra Sport Club will operate a different pricing structure during the Summer holiday, please see the booking form for more details.

A Standard Day booked at Holiday Club is from 9.00am–4.30pm and is charged at £40.00 per day, per child.

A discounted rate of £30.00 is charged when booked before the end of the discount period. Please see Club Dates for final day of discount period for each holiday.

We do appreciate your custom and understand you may occasionally need some flexibility on dates. So, as long as you commit to at least three days at Holiday Club before the end of the discount period we will honor any additional days at the discounted rate of £30.00 when booked at least 24 hours in advance of the day.

Extended Sessions are available in addition to the Standard Day at a charge of £1.50 per half–hour session. A family discount for the extended sessions means you only pay for one sibling when booking on the same sessions/day, others in the family are FREE!

  • Extended Drop–off is available at 8.00am (+£1.50) and 8.30am (+£3.00)
  • Extended Pick–up at 5.00pm (+£1.50), 5.30pm (+£3.00) and 6.00pm (+£4.50).

On a Friday the last Pick–up time is 5.30pm.

Children staying after 5.00pm will receive a free light tea!

Hot lunches are available if booked in advance of Holiday Club starting. Please see Club Dates for final day of booking for each holiday. A hot lunch is charged at £3.00 per lunch, per child.

The administration charge for each day changed after booking is £5.00.

Booking

Open the appropriate booking form, complete it electronically using MS Word and attach to an email or print and send by post/by hand to us;

Complete a registration form, if you haven't previously, or need to update your records and return it with your booking form;

Please complete a prescribed medication form if your child is required to have medication whilst with us and return it with your booking form;

Payment

Full payment must be received at time of booking or within 3 days if by post/by hand, and can be made by the following;

  • Cheque (payable to Claires Court Schools Ltd., please put child/ren's name on reverse)
  • We DO NOT accept CASH payments greater than £10. Please email us to make a special arrangement with the Finance Office if this is your only form of payment.
  • Childcare Vouchers (please email evidence of transaction) — non–CCS parent/guardian must also provide cheque with ‘DO NOT CASH’ written on the back to secure booking that will be destroyed on voucher payment
  • BACS (please email us for details)
  • CCS Payportal (using credit/debit card, please email for details if account required)
