Activities are charged at £15 for a half–day session and £30 for a full–day session, materials are charged extra as added to the booking form.
NOTE: Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis.
Community Activities maybe included as part of a Holiday Club Standard Day if a Holiday Club Booking Form is also completed. You will not be required to pay additional for the activity but will be required to pay the material costs (as on the Booking Form). By completing a Holiday Club booking, you will be able to gain access to a Standard Day, Extended Sessions and Lunch.

Booking Forms that are received with full payment to the Holiday Club prior to the discount cut-off date will be entitled to a discounted rate. Any bookings received after this date will not be entitled to our special discounted rates and normal daily charges apply.
We do appreciate your custom and understand you may occasionally need some flexibility on dates so as long as you commit to at least three days at Holiday Club prior to the cut off date we will honour any additional days at the reduced price of £30.
Bookings received at least a week in advance of the holiday starting
(see booking form for exact discount cut-off for reduced prices):
£30.00 per day per child
Bookings thereafter:
£40.00 per day per child
Lunch is available to book by the lunch cut-off date (see Booking Form for exact date):
£3.00 per lunch per child.
Defined as any time outside of the 9.00am to 4.30pm Standard Day:
£1.50 for each 1/2 hour session...
this makes the cost £3.00 per hour!
We also offer a Family Discount for the extended sessions — only one child pays, others in the family are FREE!
Children staying after 5pm will receive a free light tea.
Payment can currently be made by Cheque (payable to Claires Court Schools Ltd.) Cash, Childcare Vouchers or BACS (please contact if details required).
NOTE: Non-Claires Court Schools parents wanting to pay by childcare vouchers must provide full payment by cheque to secure booking, that will be destroyed on voucher payment.
