Prices and Payment Details

Early Bird Registration

Booking forms that are returned with full payment to the Holiday Club prior to the discount cut off date will be entitled to a discounted fee. Any bookings received after this date will not be entitled to our special discounted rates and normal daily charges will apply. We do appreciate your custom and understand you may occasionally need some flexibility on dates so as long as you commit to at least three days at Holiday Club prior to the cut off date we will honour any additional days at the reduced price of £30.

Bookings received at least a week in advance of the holiday starting
(see booking form for exact cut off date for reduced prices):
£30.00 per day per child

Bookings later than this:
£40.00 per day per child

Extended day sessions:
Defined as any time outside of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm
£1.50 for each HALF HOUR SESSION.
This makes the cost £3.00 PER HOUR!
Children attending after 5pm will receive a free light tea.
We offer family discounts for the extended day, only one child pays, others in the family are FREE!

Ofsted

We were registered with Ofsted and inspected in April 2006. Our registration now operates through Claires Court Schools.

Childcare Vouchers

As a registered Childcare provider we are eligible to accept Childcare Vouchers. Childcare Vouchers can be provided via your employer to help contribute towards the costs of childcare while you are at work. They are the flexible, simple and cost effective way to help you cover your childcare costs. Please contact us if you require any assistance to enable you to access Childcare Voucher funding.

Discounted Period is available up to approximately five days prior to the Holiday Club starting. Please see Current Programme for cut off date.

Daily Rate after discount period £40.00
Extended Day Charges (before 9am and after 4:30pm) £1.50 per half hour per family
