News: Year 12 Geographers braving North Wales

We hear that it's pretty wet and windy. On Friday the group braved the pouring rain to have a little wander around the Nant Ffrancon Valley and tested the chip shop at Betws–y–coed! On Saturday they went to Criccieth Beach where they battled with the wind and driving rain whilst investigating the sea defences and looking at the effects of marine transportation. Needless to say, they had to satisfy the inner man and woman too by enjoying chips and ice cream!
