Year 5 went on a trip to RAF Hendon early last week. They visited the Aeronauts Interactive Gallery and Bomber Hall to see many different types of planes. The highlight of the trip was learning about the Blitz and pupils made their own gas mask box and went into an Anderson shelter. They also had the opportunity to dress up in RAF uniforms.
