The Claires Court Senior Girls beginner rowers chose the spectacular Blenheim Palace, a World Heritage site and the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, as the venue for their first regatta!

When there's British weather, nothing can be guaranteed! After a fabulous start to the Summer Fete, with the Junior Boys football tournament in full swing, the President of the Claires Court PTA, Phyllis Avery MBE, opened the Fete on the dot at 12 noon.

Claires Court Girls and Boys in Year 5 spent a very interesting day ay RAF Hendon. They were able to see the planes in Bomber Hall, watched a show about the Battle of Britain and try lots of different activities in the Aeronauts Interactive Gallery.

Year 9 Boys Biology Class took a trip to Ray Mill Island recently, to look at the effect of light intensity on the distribution of daisies under willow trees. A light meter was used to measure the light. The trip was to learn about sampling techniques for Additional Science

For the first time ever, we think (!), the sun shone for the entire 4 days of the Year 12 Geography trip and not a drop of rain was felt, yes we really were in Snowdonia, totally unbelievable!
