The day the Olympic Torch visited Junior and Senior Girls at College 16 Jul 2012

The girls at College were enthralled when Fiona Devine of the Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service arrived for their assembly dressed in her Olympic Torch Relay outfit and bringing her torch with her. Fiona collected the cheque for her charity for £5,075.15 being their share of the £15,225.15 3 for 3 funds raised earlier in the year across the School sites.
The girls (and staff) thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of being able to touch and hold the torch!
