Mrs Kirby's words Autumn week 4

Another week has flown by and although we had to postpone our Harvest Festivals and some fixtures, we have still managed to fit in so much! This week our Forest School programme started at Junior Boys. Den building, games and fire building commenced and, although there were some very soggy bodies, it was a lot of fun!

With National Poetry Day happening next week, creative poetry has started in classes in readiness for celebrating this fantastic writing skill!

Next week, we look forward to Junior Boys’ Parents’ Evening with Junior Girls’ the following week, and we are already starting preparations for our long-awaited PTA Fireworks Display on 9 October.

I very much look forward to seeing you all next week at different points and thank you for all of the donations to the Baby Bank which we have collected so far.
