Head's Words Summer Term Week 11
My thanks to the boys, staff and parents who worked so hard to make the Fete a success, rain of biblical amounts did not dampen the event (although new slides were made) and I know STEM will be able to repair their Go Kart.
As always we are extremely busy at this time of year, the boys performed extremely well in their Music Concert and my thanks to the performers who impressed at the New Boys Evening.
I was honoured to be in the Launch to watch our first ever Eight race in the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup, we lost to Westminster but the boys gave a good account of themselves, the Quadruple Scull beat Westminster in the Fawley Cup and race Abingdon today (17.50 to be shown on BT Sport and Youtube). Good luck to them.
I look forward to the Year 7 and 8 Drama Evenings next week and hope to see those parents there.
