Year 13 English students competed in their very own “Mastermind” Competition this week, with Mrs Robinson standing in for John Humphrys. The quiz followed the usual Mastermind format - complete with big black chair and scary music - 'Approaching Menace'. Their specialist subject was 'Victorian Poetry' 1837 – 1901, followed by a general knowledge round. Sameer had a convincing win with 17 points and was awarded this glamorous trophy. James came second with 10 points.
