Heads of Sixth Form Summer 3

Rachael Williams came to speak to the Sixth Form this morning about coping at exam times. They learned about how to find a calm space in thier heads, to check their posture and to learn how to breathe slowly and deeply.
It also helps if students can plan their revision and learning times in a set pattern to replicate the start of exam times, so that their brains are ready to work at the same time. We also learned that we all need to stop staring at a phone screen by 9pm if we want a good sleep!
