Building Has Begun!
As a result of the School's initial donation, this month, the community in Brufut have been able to start building the well and move to establishing a water supply for their education centre. From the day the pump is installed, water will be available for free 24 hours a day to all neighbouring villagers who haven’t had access to water so far.
Robert Leder, UK Representative of Charity Pearl The Gambia, said:

In October 2019, Sixth Formers will be travelling to Brufut to visit the children and actively participate in the life of the community by running activities, as well as learning about the culture.
