Head's Words Lent Term Week 10
The Nursery classes and Transition children have enjoyed the topic about Easter and have been incredibly busy making cards, bonnets, Easter pictures and baskets or nests which they are wishing will be filled by the Bunny who hopefully will visit sometime next week.
We have had lots of new children visiting us this week who will be joining in April and your children have been very kind in welcoming them and helping them to settle in.
Please accept my very many thanks for buying all the raffle tickets for our “3 for 3” local charities. The winning ticket was drawn during our EYFS assembly and the lucky winner is a boy in Honeycomb class. Thanks to your generosity the Department raised £205.00 this year.
We hope everyone has enormous fun at the Easter egg hunt at Junior Boys tomorrow, Saturday 19th March and look forward to seeing you there.
Cold Cookery on Wednesday afternoon will see us making hot cross buns with bread flour, sultanas and cinnamon.
Please let us know if you require After School Care if you are booking casual afternoon sessions so that staffing is adjusted accordingly.
We wish you all a very well deserved break and hope you have a wonderful Easter.
