Mrs Kirby's words Lent week 5

This week it has been heartwarming to see your children engaged in role play based around being in a hospital, doctor’s surgery or baby clinic. We forget sometimes that these children are only 2, 3 and 4 years old and their kind, caring and empathic behaviour goes way beyond their years.
They have learnt the names of medical equipment and found ways to deal with someone who is ill or hurt. They have also talked with their peers and adults, what their thoughts are around keeping their mind and bodies healthy.

Reminders
- Please ensure all snacks and lunches are free from nuts and kiwis.
- Please name all clothing worn and brought into school, including shoes.
- Please can children wear shoes which they can put on and take off themselves.
