… which can only mean one thing - the Summer Term is here! I hope you all had a fantastic Easter holiday and are back and ready to enjoy the many opportunities and events that the Summer Term has to offer.

This week has started very well with girls writing diary entries from a raindrop’s point of view in Year 5; Reception were excited to see see their very own Fairy Garden role play area thanks to the wonderful Mrs St John and LAMDA rehearsals are in full swing ready for the exams next week.

Yesterday saw host to our PTA board meeting and it was pleasing to be able to report to the board members that we have many more Junior Girl parent helpers and committee members; thank you to you all. On the subject of the PTA, tonight is our Film and Pizza night which I know the girls are really looking forward to. The onesies are in, the bean bags and pillows are ready and the pizzas are on their way! Thank you to Anna and Ann for organising this fun event. And if that wasn’t enough… tomorrow the circus comes to town! Louise and the Junior Boys’ PTA have worked very hard to organise what deems to be a very impressive event.

Activites start next week as do late buses and, on Tuesday, we have our whole school photo; this year we will also be taking a solely Junior Girls photo in addition to the one we have with Senior Girls. Girls are asked to wear their winter uniform.
