Miss Barlow's Words Lent 1

Happy New Year!
Welcome back to a new year and a new term. We have been full of New Year’s Resolutions since returning back on Wednesday including: “being kinder to my brother”, “helping more around the house”, “improve my English skills” and “be more of a risk taker”. As always, the girls have come back full of energy and ready to take on the exciting challenges that this new term provides.
The girls have instantly immersed themselves in their new topics and are noticeably excited about all of the new things they will learn about this term. This week, Reception broke the record for the fastest planned wedding! We were wowed with a full wedding ceremony and reception including an aisle, a vicar, a wedding dance and confetti! Please see our website for more information on the skills they learned (and photos) of the big day!
Merit Certificates Edie Weispieser (Reception), Lily McNulty (Year 1), Ava Constable (Year 2), Dara Oladoyimbo (Year 3), Chloe Giles (Year 4) Lily Broadfield Hodge (Year 5) and Samaira Jena (Year 6). Bunny Awards Maia Chapman (Reception) for always being kind to others and willing to help, and Romy Doyle (Year 4) for always being kind and caring.
