Catering Assistant (6.5 hours a day)
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Catering Assistant to join the team from April in Maidenhead (The Thicket, SL6 3QE)
The role involves the preparation of, serving and clearing of food and beverages to pupils, staff and guests of the school. No specific experience or qualifications are necessary however the ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be skilled in catering practices. Applicants with an up to date Food Hygiene Certificate and/or an appropriate qualification in catering will have a distinct advantage.
Hours of work will be 32.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30 am to 2.30 pm during term time, with the addition of two working weeks in the school holidays.
The starting rate for this post is £10.30 per hour.

Guidance and criteria on the filtering of these cautions and convictions can be found on the Disclosure and Barring Service website. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us: this will depend on the nature of the position and the circumstances and background of your offence(s).
