Inside the Living Rainforest
As part of their 'Amazing Amazon' topic, Year 6 visited The Living Rainforest in Newbury. With a focus on adaptation, the girls took a guided tour through the Rainforest and saw all kinds of weird and wonderful creatures and plants.
They learnt how these amazing things have adapted to living in their wet and humid environment. One group was lucky enough to see Cinnamon the sloth (who tends to stay hidden, high up in the trees!).
