Feeding Animals at Bucklebury Farm
When Reception and Year 1 girls set off for Bucklebury Farm, it looked like they had picked the rainiest day of the year to visit, but when they got there the clouds went away and the sun came out.
The girls had a tour of the farm and were able to feed goats, pigs and a reindeer. After lunch they went for a ride on the tracker and in the field they found out some interesting facts about different deers and now they know about how deer lose their antlers every year. It's a bit like when we lose our teeth!
