Sixth Formers Donate Over 100 Toys To Hospice

Stephanie Rogers and a group of Year 13s were recently given a tour of the new Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice in White Waltham. During their visit, Sixth Formers handed over their collection of over 100 new and pre-loved toys for the hospice and the money they had raised through completing the ‘Santa Dash’ in Windsor last weekend.
Stephanie said: “The hospice feels like a home, warm and welcoming and the staff we met are quite remarkable. Debbie Tonkinson spoke with great fondness about the contribution Claires Court has made to this dream, now a reality, which has been a ten year journey we have shared with them.”
Debbie recently visited Claires Court to deliver an assembly on volunteering and raising funds for the hospice.
