An Eco-Friendly Christmas Dinner
As the Autumn Term draws to a close, the Claires Court community has gathered together to celebrate the end of term and the upcoming festivities with a specially prepared Christmas lunch!
Over 1100 Christmas lunches were served to pupils and staff across our three sites by our fantastic catering team. The canteens were awash with Christmas jumpers, crackers being pulled amongst friends and some terrible jokes as everyone well and truly got into the festive spirit.
This year the lunch had an environmental theme with all of the novelty crackers made from recyclable material, including the contents.
Stephen Rhodes, Domestic Bursar, commented:
“For every case of Christmas crackers we purchased, a donation has been made towards the Trussell Trust food banks.”
