Our two appeals for ‘School Drive’ and the ‘Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal’ have definitely focused our concentration and the pupils have planned a wide range of mini enterprises and fairground style games to encourage each other to donate, compete and enjoy contributing.
Don't forget to buy your Ball tickets asap! If you don't have a group to go with that's no problem as we have Icebreaker tables, and we will try to seat you with the same year group where possible. It promises to be a fantastic evening of dancing to a live band, canapés, a three-course dinner and bar available. Summer Term Uniform
We would like to remind you that boys should be in shorts from the start of term and we do expect them all to have a blazer and cap on at the start and end of the day please.

You will find all the details you require to complete your activity choices on the webpage, including information on how to log in, FAQs, additional costs, later finishes etc. Please aim to complete this by Wednesday 6 April.
REMINDERNo Activities (inc Study) & Early Coaches only next week
Please note that early buses are in operation during the last week of term. Homeward-bound buses will depart at 4pm from Junior Boys and onward bound buses at 4.30pm from Senior Boys.
There are NO after school activities (including study) available during the last week of term. If your child needs care after 4pm please ensure that you have booked them into After School Care at the College site (please note that this is chargeable) via the Report Portal. We need this information for transport and staffing purposes. There will be no After School Care on the last day of term.
If not collected by 3.50pm, Junior Boys will get the early coach to College Avenue at 4pm.
Thursday 7 April - The last day of the Lent term is a full school day finishing at 4pm.
End of Term Mailings will be emailed home from the school office on the last day of term.

At the time of writing we are fast approaching the final round of our internal Delancey Chess tournament. Qualification for the later rounds is no longer required so I repeat my call for all parents whose sons are interested to click on the link and enter the next stage of the competition: MegaFinals Registration.
The diary for Maidenhead Junior Chess Club is now in place until August. There is one tournament a month at CCJB with the next one on Saturday 9 April at 1pm (until 5ish). There are different Sections depending on experience. The tournaments (and diary) can be seen on the Maidenhead Junior Chess Club website, where you can find an entry form (there are also paper copies pinned to the Chess noticeboard at school). Tournaments can be made less expensive by signing up for free ECF Junior membership. The club that meets every Saturday morning at 9.30 (though not this weekend due to another event). The club is pay as you go.
Awarded for kindness, helpfulness and compassion doing the right thing without being asked, it is what makes our school a wonderful environment. This week our rabbits have been awarded to Harry B (Y4) and Fred L (Y5).
