Important Information for Y12
Y12s should be continuing to work on their Personal Statements and should be arranging work experience for the holidays. Work experience does not have to be a full week, even half a day can be beneficial. However, it should be relevant work so that students can write about it in their personal statements and CVs.
Y12 should also be arranging university open days. Open day dates can be found on university websites or by looking at the “Opendays” website where all dates are centrally held which makes planning easier. Students are allowed a maximum of three school days to visit universities, however many are held at the weekend so no school is missed.
Monday 6 June Subject based 1:1s with teachers will take place this week
Monday 20 June - Y12 internal exams in lessons will take place this week
