Communications Survey
An email will be sent next week with a link to a ‘Whole School’ survey to please complete. We would like to hear your thoughts on many aspects of Claires Court; from the way you’d describe the school to your peers to your thoughts on elements that could be enhanced or improved. This is a follow up from our recent focus groups to aid us in creating a new website and associated communications. All input is valuable and we appreciate your time in advance.

Activities and Study - w/c 17 January
The full activities and study programme commences next week and as such we return to late buses, departing Girls, College Avenue at 5.15pm with onward buses from Senior Boys at 5.30pm.
ISA National Art Competition 2021 Results
In October 2021, the ISA judged the winning artwork from the London West area. Those pupils that won their categories were put forward to the National finals of the ISA ART Competition 2021. 587 Independent Schools took part. We were very honoured to have three of our Junior Artists receiving places. Here are the results.
The Lions Club of Maidenhead 37th Swimarathon - Sunday 9 January
The 37th annual Swimarathon, run by the Lions Club of Maidenhead, was held at Braywick Leisure centre on Sunday 9 January. You can still donate to this worthy cause on their Just Giving page here.
Sports Fixtures
You will find details of fixtures on our website and the pupils will also find them on the Sports notice board in the Atrium.
Food Bank Donations
A BIG thank you from Maidenhead Food Bank to all our parents who donated food and goodies - they were gratefully received and went to families who were in need throughout the area before the Christmas break.
‘Save the Children' Christmas Jumper Day
Thank you for helping raise a total of £268 across all three divisions at College Avenue.
Medication
Please note that any medication coming into school must be accompanied by the Administration of Medicine Request Form duly completed and dropped off via the school office who will give it to the School Nurse so they can store and administer safely. Please do not put any tablets into your child’s school bag or give any to your daughter to keep with her.
Reporting Sickness/Medical Appointments/Requesting Holiday
Just a reminder to report sickness/medical appointments to girls@clairescourt.com or telephone 01628 327500 (you can leave a voicemail outside of school hours and this will get picked up once the office is open). For holiday requests please put this in writing prior to any holiday being booked.
