Masks are still required on all school transport please
We need to keep all of our drivers safe to avoid disruption to school transport, so we still require all girls, unless exempt, to please wear face masks.
Play Book Bingo with the Library!
It's simple: collect a Book Bingo card from the library, 'read' a line, pass the book quizzes and win a prize. Complete as many lines as you like! Challenge ends on World Book Day, 3 March.
Medication
Please note that any medication coming into school must be accompanied by the Administration of Medicine Request Form duly completed and dropped off via the school office who will give it to the School Nurse so they store and administer safely. Please do not put any tablets into your child’s school bag or give any to your daughter to keep with her.
Reporting Sickness/Medical Appointments/Requesting Holiday
Just a reminder to report sickness/medical appointments to girls@clairescourt.com or telephone 01628 327500 (you can leave a voicemail outside of school hours and this will get picked up once the office is open). For holiday requests please contact the School Office for the Holiday Request Form.
YEAR 8 ONLY
HPV1 Immunisations - 15 March, consent deadline 11 March
Many thanks to those Year 8's who have already given consent for the HPV Immunisations back in December. If you did not (if unsure please check with Mrs Levi col@clairescourt.net) who will advise you to complete the consent form using school code BK110153G by Friday 11 March. YEAR 9 ONLY
HPV2 Immunisations - 15 March, consent deadline 11 March
The East Berkshire School Aged Immunisation Team will be administering HPV2 vaccinations on Tuesday 15 March. If you are new to the school, or have not previously given consent when your daughter was in Year 8, please complete the consent form using school code BK110153G by Friday 11 March. Further details can be found in this letter.

YEAR 11 ONLY
Academic Mentoring Meetings w/c 14 February
A letter has been emailed home earlier this week regarding the Academic Mentoring Meeting dates/times we have scheduled for both parent and daughter to attend. The purpose of these meetings are to discuss your daughter's progress, revision/learning strategies and set targets in preparation for the forthcoming examinations in Year 11. Your daughter will meet you at the Reception Office and escort you to the meeting. We do hope you take advantage of this opportunity to meet with us.
