Junior Boys mezzanine (in the Sports Hall). Arrivals for coffee from 8.30am, meeting from 9.15am to 10.15am. The agenda has been circulated via email and all are welcome to attend.

World Book Day: Digital £1 Book Token
We've enjoyed lots of activities and events for World Book Day this week: the 25th anniversary of the biggest annual celebration of books and reading in the UK. All pupils received a printed £1 book token, to exchange for one of the exclusive, new and completely FREE World Book Day books available from participating booksellers. You can also download a digital £1 book token onto a device or print it off and take it with you to ‘pay’ for your free book.
Or you can use the £1 Book Token to get £1 off any full price book or audiobook instead.

REMINDER - Sports Team Photos/Year 6 and Year 11 Class Photo - Tuesday 22 March
If your daughter represents the school in a team sport (hockey, netball, rowing etc) please can she bring her full team kit in to wear for their team photograph. The Year 6 and Year 11 whole class photos (fun and formal) will also be taken so the girls need to wear full school uniform for this (with hair tied back). Information on how to order the photos will be given in due course.
REMINDER - PTA Nearly New Uniform Sale - Wednesday 23 March - 8.15am to 9am
All donations of good quality uniform will be gratefully accepted and please drop this into the school office no later than Friday 18 March. Thank you.
REMINDER - Live Music Returns to Claires Court - Joint Senior Concert - 28 March 6pm
After a long absence because of 'you know what' there will be a joint Senior Music Concert on Monday 28 March starting at 6pm at Senior Boys, SL6 8TE. Further details will be available nearer the time!
YEAR 7 ONLY
Parent Focus Group
At the halfway point through the year we are keen to meet again with a Year 7 Parent Focus Group to meet with Mrs Ruddick (Deputy Head-Pastoral) and Mrs Austin-Smith (Head of Year 7). The main purpose of the group is to provide constructive feedback to the school as well as providing an opportunity for parents to share opinions, feelings and perceptions on school based activities. If you are interested in being part of this, please email Mrs Ruddick vlr@clairescourt.net by Tuesday 8 March. The meeting will be held online via a Google Meet on Thursday 10 March at 12pm.

REMINDER - G8 & G9 HPV Immunisations - 15 March (consent deadline 11 March)
If you have not completed the consent form already using the senior girls school code BK110153G. Please may we ask you to complete this, even if you do not wish your daughter to be immunised stating that you wish to opt out. Further details can be found in this letter. Thank you.

REMINDER - G11 Mock Examinations 7 - 14 March (inclusive)
The timetable for the G11 mock examinations scheduled from 7 to 14 March (inclusive) can be found here. Please find a copy of the Exam rules and regulations booklet previously shared with you for your information.
REMINDER - G11 Parents Evening *Save the Date* Wednesday 23 March
The Year 11 Parents Evening will take place in school with face to face meetings. Your daughter will be given the appointment sheet next week enabling her to make the timed appointments for you to see her subject teachers.
