Claires Court Holiday Activities provides holiday care that meets the needs of all children and their families alike. We have been operating for many years so our staff are experienced in working with children and young people of all ages, in a wide range of environments. You can be confident that your children will be happy and have a great time with us.
Claires Court Holiday Activities is registered through the Independent Schools Association and works closely with Windsor and Maidenhead Early Years Directorate.
Holiday Activities LOCATION
Holiday Activities is located at Claires Court School, 1 College Avenue, Maidenhead, SL6 6AW, any change to location will be noted on our website.
SPORT XTRA LOCATION
Our Sport Xtra activities generally take place at our Junior Boys Site, Cannon Lane, Maidenhead, (satnav SL6 4QQ), any change to location will be noted on our website.
Please follow the signs to Parent Parking and then registration is based in the Sports Hall.
drop off & Collection
Holiday Activities - The front desk is open from 08:00 to 09:15 and 15:45 to 18:00. Prompt pick-up at your booked time is essential. If you need to drop-off or pick-up at any other time than booked (especially outside of the front desk opening times), we would appreciate it if you could let us know via email or phone so we can plan accordingly. Holiday Activities closes at 18:00, pick-up after this time may result in a late fee being charged.
Sport Xtra - The front desk, located in the Sports Hall is open from 08:00 to 09:15 and 15:55 to 17:00; please let staff know if you need to pickup earlier than these times. Prompt pick-up at your booked time is essential. We close at 17:00, pick-up after this time may result in a late fee being charged.
- wear play clothes (for our Minis please make sure the clothes are a relaxed fit to make visiting the toilet a manageable experience!)

- packed lunch (nut free) if a hot lunch has not been booked
- reuseable water bottle and additional snacks if required (see Lunch and Snacks)
- swimming kit if appropriate (see below)
- please don't bring phones/electronics (if brought they will need to be switched off and left in their bag) or any items of value (eg jewellery, collectors cards etc)
- wear or bring appropriate sports gear
- sports footwear for indoors and out
- warm clothes and waterproof jacket for outdoor sessions
- packed lunch (nut free)(no hot lunches available)

lunch & Snacks
HOT LUNCH (not sport Xtra)
Main dish, dessert and drink* £4.00 per child
Please advise us of any dietary requirements and we will do our best to facilitate them.
Lunch must be booked at least 11 days in advance. To book a lunch please look for the row marked LUNCH on the booking form and click over the the date you require.
A nut free packed lunch* can be brought in.
We request that grapes in packed lunches for those under 5 are cut-up into at least quarters.
FREE SNACKS (not sport Xtra)
Chilled water is freely available throughout the day, we kindly request that parents provide a drinks bottle for their child. This is to assist in our commitment to reduce single use plastic cups.
During the morning and afternoon break, a free fresh fruit snack or biscuit is offered but children are free to bring in additional (nut free) snacks.
Children staying after 5.15pm will receive a free light tea of fresh filled rolls and crisps, fresh fruit and a drink.
*Please be aware that while we make every effort to source nut free ingredients we cannot guarantee that the menu does not contain any traces of nuts. We operate a nut free environment so please do not include products containing nuts or kiwi in your child's packed lunch.
