A huge congratulations to our Head Sailing Coach, Mr I-J and our Sailing Centre Manager, Miss Stockton, who have been representing GBR this weekend at the @rssailing @rs_aero European Championships at Lake Garda, Italy.
Mr I-J placed 1st and Miss Stockton won 2nd in the women's division! We are incredibly proud of them inspiring our pupils every day whilst teaching, demonstrating or practicing their sailing at Maidenhead Sailing Lake.
We look forward to welcoming them back to school to show off their medals and to show what can be achieved when you start a sport at school; Mr I-J was a former pupil, who only took up sailing once he joined Claires Court and just look how far he has come. Congratulations again!
