    A team of Senior Boys created a video for  BBC School Report, entitled 'Listening to the people affected by the Holocaust'. The first part features a Year 7 interviewing the daughter of a survivor. The second is about Year 9's experiences of listening to a Holocaust survivor.

    The Easter event was with us and an overcast day didn’t give overcast or dulled enthusiasm and the field at Junior Boys rang with shrieks of delight when boys and girls found the relevant clues or completed their sheets and were able to claim their Easter eggs.

  • Title Champs for the Third Time

    Claires Court U16 7s team headed to Maidenhead Rugby Club last Wednesday to contest the ISA National U16 7s competition. The competition was structured into two pools with the top two teams from each competition progressing through to the semi-final. For some of the Claires Court squad this was their first 7s rugby competition in a long time, so a relatively comfortable victory over St. James’ School in their opening match was just what they needed to get all squad members some early game time and the team’s defensive and attacking patterns up and running in a variation of the sport that contrasts so dramatically to the 15 a-side game.

    Equally comfortable wins against Mark College and Rushmore School in the group and then a semi final against Quinton House School meant a second meeting with St. James’ school who Claires Court had already beaten 29-5 in the opening game.

  • Boys St Lucia Cricket Tour

    Boys in Year 9 and 10 had an inspiring and thrilling nine day Cricket Tour to St Lucia during the half-term break. Whilst touring St Lucia and playing against various cricket clubs on the island, the boys also had the opportunity to give some cricket coaching to primary school pupils in Gros Islet, and present the children with some cricket equipment.
