Family Fun at the Easter Egg Hunt

The cold did not stop anyone having fun at the PTA Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday 19 March. There were raffles, a bouncy castle, face painting, egg drop competition and of course, an easter egg hunt! Thanks to the amazing efforts by the PTA and to the Sixth Formers who helped out.

Stephanie Rogers, Head of Year 12 said;

PTA Easter Egg Hunt“Eight of our Year 12 students went along to help with various activities at the Easter Egg Hunt. Three found they possessed a talent they did not realise they had until asked to help with the face painting! Ed Axtell, Kamini Khindria and Sophie Corrigall surprised themselves with the amazing works of art they were able to paint on the faces of the boys and girls there. Colette Ferguson, Flora Gault, Victoria Saunders, Moyin Forsythe and Tom Williams proved to be invaluable, helping the children with the treasure hunt and making sure they all found some Easter chocolate.

The PTA organisers were delighted with the work the students put in and sent us this email:

‘Please tell your sixth formers that they are all awesome! We couldn't have done without their help today and therefore it was VERY much appreciated.

I have a bunch of Easter eggs that I'll send over as a small thank you.’”
