How Did the Margarita Pizza Get It’s Name?

Reception and Year 1 girls went to Pizza Express and had great fun making their own pizzas! The girls were given the pizza base which they had to make a crust for and then to put the margarita toppings on.

Not only did they learn how to make pizza but they also found out how the well known margarita pizza got its name; after the Queen of Italy, Margherita of Savoy.
