A Strong Win at the Science Championships
This week some of our Year 5 and Year 6 boys travelled to Chesham Prep School to take part in the final heat of The National Inter-School Science Championships.
The selection quiz was taken by all the boys and the top scoring boys moved onto a 'final round'. The top three in each year group have worked at lunch times to increase their scientific knowledge.
The team of William McMath, William Dixon, Samuel Ancliffe and George Watson moved into the lead early on in the 40 question quiz. Their final score of 1785 was over 400 points ahead of their nearest rivals!
The Semi Finals will take place on Thursday 7 December in London where the boys will go along to compete with reserves Oliver Payne and Noah Olikara.
