Pupils were guided around the galleries by their subject teachers and drew studies and sketches from the Tate Britain's extensive collection. Miss Ackland-Snow ended the day with a very inspiring ‘Turner workshop’ where pupils were further encouraged to connect with the paintings. They collected a range of information that can now be followed up on and used in their sketchbooks.
