The day covered the characteristics expected in a university student, the differences between school and university, and the pupils were also given an insight into the range of universities and courses available.

The sessions were supported by Student Ambassadors of Bucks New University who worked with the pupils. This allowed the girls to find out firsthand what it’s like to study at a university as well as finding out how they selected where to go and what to study. The girls had a really good day and found it very useful.
