The chef taught them how to flip the dough, some girls managed to throw it really high, others had the dough land on their faces! Then the chef talked about the 'Queen of pizza', the margarita, and the ingredients needed to create it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once the pizzas were cooking in the oven Reception were given a tour of the kitchen and managed to fit seven girls in their enormous fridge! The pupils also learnt that the pizzas only take five minutes to cook as the restaurant’s ovens reach temperatures of 371 degrees.

Having had a wonderful morning, the girls got back to school in time for a mid morning snack - a pizza picnic in the sunshine!
