Medieval Day
Dressed as knights, princesses, peasants and squires, the Year 7 boys and girls eagerly set out for the school playing fields at the Phoenix Rugby Club to participate in a Medieval Day.
Their studies on the Medieval period were brought to life as they learned all about medieval warfare, medicine, life and fashion in a series of talks and re-enactment activities, led by Hands on History. The group loved trying on the armour of the time and creating the saxon shield wall!
