Using their imagination, Year 4 boys and girls enjoyed a day of travelling to India, becoming Adivasi tribal children who live in the village of Chembakolli.
The group walked in the Nilgiri Hills Forest and saw a tiger! They also made mud bricks for house building and sampled Indian cooking. To understand the lives of the Adivasi and Indian people, they looked in depth at their clothes and lifestyle.
