Chris is a former UK Children’s Laureate and a political cartoonist for the Observer, and his books are hugely popular in the Junior Girls library. Lesley had the artwork framed and kindly donated it to the school.  It now has pride of place outside the Junior Library, above the Book Tree, which is full of the writer's best known books. The competition to win the artwork was run by the School Library Association. Well done Lesley!
