Safe Drive, Stay Alive
A trip to the Wycombe Swan Theatre to see ‘Safe Drive, Stay Alive’ was a valuable experience for our Year 13 students. The presentation was powerful and emotive, with real life road traffic accidents and their consequences, presented both in film and with personnel from the emergency services, and those who had been affected by road traffic collisions.
The campaign aims to give young people the facts about risks on the road and how they can keep themselves safe as they start to get behind the wheel. It made for difficult viewing but was a very powerful and relevant message for all students. More information can be found at www.safedrive.org.uk.
