Surveys have shown that people fear public speaking far more than almost anything else, and yet this did not stop Year 6 boys stepping up to argue their case in recent debates.
Speaking on such topics as ‘School uniform’ and ‘whether we should have second helpings of school lunches’, boys demonstrated key speaking and listening skills - life skills they will need in almost every walk of life beyond school. Well done Year 6!
