Claires Court Athletes win 33 Medals at the ISA National Finals

An impressive day on the athletics track and field saw Junior and Senior pupils come away from the ISA National Athletics Championship last week with a grand total of 33 medals, 23 of which were gold, 2 silvers and 8 bronzes.
The event took place at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham, and athletes from all over the country, who had qualified by coming first in their regional championships event, came together to compete for their respective regions.
Nick Butterfield, Junior Boys Head of Sport, praised the pupils:
“Whether they won a medal or not all pupils competed extremely well and were a real credit to the school.”
