Senior Boy reaches new heights to become High Jump County Champion

Year 7 pupil Oscar reached new heights this week as he succeeded in becoming the Under 13 County Champion in the High Jump.
Competing at the Under 13 Athletics County Championship held at Palmer Park Stadium in Reading, on Tuesday 2 July, Oscar excelled himself in the competition to take away gold and become the County Champion. Oscar claimed victory with an impressive jump of 1.43 metres.
Mark Turner, Senior Boys Head of Sport, commented:
“Oscar’s winning jump was 10cm better than his previous personal best, which is an astonishing improvement!”
