From Russia with Crafts!

Holiday Activities touched down in Moscow this week as the children explored all things Russian in their ‘around the world’ tour!
Trying their hand at arts and crafts, the children produced their own Kindinsky style paintings as well as creating Faberge Eggs and the Russian style architectural features known as ‘Onion Domes’.
There was tense competition in the kitchen as the children competed in a ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’ challenge, producing both delicious and nutritious meals. Under the tutorship of the Senior Girls Head of Art, Joel Wareing, the children produced impressive pastel and acrylic portraits. Outdoor learning saw the return of bushcraft whilst ‘Fred in the Shed’ entertained with his magic show, teaching the pupils a few of his tricks!
