Rocking the Royal Albert Hall
Pupils studying GCSE Music recently had the exciting opportunity to hear the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra play at the world famous Royal Albert Hall as they performed ‘Symphonic Queen’.
Accompanied by a spectacular light show, the audience were treated to an unforgettable evening of anthems from the vast repertoire of iconic rock band Queen, all with a sensational symphonic twist!
Daniel Gravett, Senior Girls Head of Music, commented:
“It was a fantastic evening and gave the pupils an excellent insight into the world of classical orchestras, supporting the learning they have been undertaking in lessons.”
