Bookworms rise to the challenge this summer

There may have been a lockdown, but there certainly wasn't a 'book-down' over the summer holidays for our Senior pupils in Years 7 to 9 with the summer house reading challenges won by Kelly and St Therese.
Stressing the importance of summer reading, Senior Girls Librarian Paula Copeman commented on the pupils’ efforts: “summer reading is critical for pupils to retain knowledge and skills learned in the previous school year. Congratulations to all Senior Girls and Boys for continuing to read throughout the summer holiday. Your prizes will be leaving quarantine and making their way to your classrooms soon.”
