Senior Boys Sports Day
The much anticipated event took place on Friday 1 July and despite the forecast for showers the afternoon was warm and stayed dry. 177 boys represented the four Houses in this annual contest on what was a very competitive but enjoyable afternoon for all present.
There were two school records broken on the day with Flynn Bayliss breaking the Year 7 and Max Williamson the Year 10 Javelin record. The Victor Ludorum trophies for each year group were won by Jaco Overturf (Year 7), Byron Ewing (Year 8), Ed Cameron (Year 9) and Joe Stephen and Max Williamson (Year 10). In the House Competition, Ridgeway came fourth with 408 points, Rowanhurst third with 414 points, Kelly second with 460 points and the overall winners were St Lawrence for the second consecutive year with 521 points.
