ISA London West Cross Country Championships
Claires Court Junior Boys took a really strong team to this year's regional cross country event. The course was very wet and muddy and made for some very challenging running conditions. The Year 4 team exceeded their expectations with Hugo Winter, Freddie Galitzine-Scott and William Dart the first three Claires Court runners home finishing 2nd, 5th and 7th respectively! This was enough for Junior Boys to pick up first place in the team competition and take home the trophy. These three runners will now go forward to represent the region at the ISA National event.
The Year 5 & 6 team competed in the biggest race of the day with over 120 runners. Finn Keylock 17th and George Crowe 18th were our two top finishers. Bearing in mind they are both in Year 5, they will get a chance to compete in the same age category next year. All runners can be hugely proud of their efforts.
