Cold Selling For Young Enterprise Teams

This year three Sixth Form Young Enterprise teams headed to Queensmere Shopping Centre, Slough to sell their products.
The three groups were; String Line, Strike Vinyl and Lagoon. 'Strike Vinyl' were selling their vinyl clocks, Mr Wilding, Mr Giles, Mrs Rogers and Mrs Hall have all bought a clock made from an LP of their favorite band/artist. 'String-line' sold ear-phone fish tidys and 'Lagoon' selling their "squash and go" cups.
All teams arrived at 7.40am to secure a pitch in the Queensmere Centre Slough. They were ready to sell at 9am, here’s how each group got on:

String Line sold 10 units

Strike Vinyl sold 1 unit plus two potential custom made orders

Lagoon sold all 30 units
Mrs Rav Sahota, Business Teacher said;
“All the students were responsible and organised with contingency plans in place. They were cold selling during the day too. The judges liked their products and appreciated their efforts.”
