Meeting a T-Rex and a Blue Whale

Year 1 have spent this term learning all about Space, Volcanoes, the first creatures on Earth and of course Dinosaurs.
During a visit to the Natural History Museum, London, classes 1Y and 1G went to find Mary Anning's fossils that they have been learning about, look at the skeletons up close, meet a real life T-Rex (or getting eaten by one for a few of our boys) and to experience what an earthquake would feel like. The boys also managed to find time to see the Blue Whale.
It was a very busy and fun day.... so much fun both boys and staff had to have a little snooze on the way home.
