Ridgeway Has Certainly Got Talent
Ten acts were chosen following auditions before half-term and having had time to perfect their performances, on Tuesday it time for ‘Ridgeway’s Got Talent’.
There were a variety of acts from comedy sketches to singing groups and a recorder player. One novelty performance was a remarkable display with a Chinese yoyo! Each child in the school had a vote and the very popular winner this year was Joshua who received a standing ovation for his amazing Michael Jackson inspired singing and dancing act.
Christine Ward, teacher at Junior Boys, commented;
“Everybody enjoyed the afternoon and it was felt that this was one of the best shows in the eight years it has been running! Well done to all the boys involved.“
